getting error message when using Reverse Telnet

when using Reverse Telnet to a DSU I get the following message:

% Insufficient memory; try again later

Has anyone seen this message before?

I haven't encountered this type of problem before.

Would you mind mentioning the router platform

and the DSU you are using? Thanks.
