Gigabit etherchanell

Hi.

Is it posible to creat a gigabit etherchanell from 3 giga FX uplinks ?

Channeling requires configuration on both sides of the connection. So you need to have administrative control over both sides of the connection. For the moment you must also take into consideration that the channeled ports on each side must be on the same board or at least on the same device (switch)

If your setup meet this demands, it is possible to channel three links.

e- this is possible, however it really depends on the equipment you are using and the code revs...post those, and I'm sure we can provide a more definitive answer...

The ether channel is between cat6509 and cat4006.

Is it true that data between the 2 switches pass only in 2,4 & 8 links?

Is it true that if I will creat a giga ether channel of 3 links only 2 of them will pass data?
