Gigabit Switch Blades

We are looking to purchase a switch and would like to implement 10/100/1000 based ports with in-line power in the blades. We realize that the total bandwidth of the port will be limited by the backplane of the switch.

However, the resellers keep pushing for 10/100 inline power blades. I have been able to find summary information on the switch blades, but not technical documentation as to the specifications of the available models.

Are there any 10/100/1000 inline power blades available for the 4500 or 6500 series switches?

We use the 10/100 inline power cards because the phones (Cisco 7940 and 7910) only support 10/100 i believe. If you plug a phone into the 1000 based port it will have to be set to auto so it can drop the speed down to 100. We also have gig based blades for use with offices/cubes that only require a machine connection.
