Hi All,
I try to stack up 3 switches with gigastack gbic, when I stack 2 switches, I can obtain an IP address from DHCP and can ping to my gateway, but when I stack the thrid switch, I loss my connection to gateway and can't obtain IP address anymore. why?
Will the IOS version affected the gigastack?
Please help, thank you.

Hi
It will be better if u can mention the switch model in which ur facing this problem and also the ios code running in them..
if possible bit more on the topology like the DHCP server and on in which platform its running..
else if u want to check out the possible bug ids found earlier on the sameline would suggest to check this link ..

Hi,
Here I attach the config files for 3 switches,
the first switch ge0/2 is plugin gigastack module,
second switch ge0/1 and third switch ge0/1 also gigastack.
The first switch ge0/1 connected to core switch, all port assign to vlan 61, native vlan is vlan 1.
Hope the above information will provide you a clear picture of the whole setup, and please advise.
Thank you.
