GRE Tunnel

The Scenario is :

Juniper --------------Cisco1------Cisco2 --------Cisco3--------------Juniper

There is GRE tunnel exists between Cisco1 and Cisco3 I don't want to use this tunnel to send traffic from Juniper to Juniper is there any way I can change the metric on tunnel or just not to preferred in path selection .

Yes, depending on the protocol (EIGRP, IGRP, RIP) you can use an offset-list to make a route more or less attractive or you can use policy routing (http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios122/122cgcr/fqos_c/fqcprt1/qcfpbr.htm) to force the Juniper traffic away from the GRE tunnel.
