Guidelines for DDR backup scenario

We´re planning to set up backup WAN lines for about 300 remote sites. We're going to use ISDN BRI (only 1 B-channel used) at remote sites and one PRI in our central site (maximum 30 backup links at one moment). Central site will start ISDN calls (outgoing).

I've been reading much information about DDR backup but I still cannot see clearly what technology to use: Dialer Profiles, Legacy, LSDO. I'm looking for the simpliest configuration.

Does anyone have some recommendation about it ?
