Hard to Communicate in 3200 series switched LAN

HI,

I installed a 3200 switch but did not configure it, I just plugged the cables and everything. All interfaces / cabling is 100mb compatible. The users sometimes have trouble logging on the server. For example, a user types in the log/pass in windows, tries to log on, and it says domain not found, then he does the same once again and it connects. Can this be a switch configuration problem?

There are 22 users connected to the switch

Thanks

See www.cisco.com/warp/customer/473/12.html

If the configurations do not fix your problem, you may want to get a sniffer trace.
