Harmful Network Ports

I have LAN network, and about 500 clinets, can anyone tell me the TCP and UDP Ports which should be blocked through Access-list in our network,

Becuase i would like to secure my network from external intrusion.

first you list out what ports you need to allow from outside to access the resource inside your network and block the rest
