Anyone has any idea how much heat (BTU) is generated by an LX/SX Gbic or power specs? I've looked everywhere it seems and I could find the info for many other gbics but not those ones...

Depends & varies with the deployment, powe supply and redundant powesupply etc. Typically around 3460 btu/hr.
