i want to connect 2 routers 877 like my diagram, is it possible or not? if possible, how to configure them? and how is the distance between them?

Connecting the two routers back-to-back is not possible. You will need 2 suitable dsl network interfaces and an ATM switch in between. This will be quite hard to realize if you do not have an extended lab facility at your disposal.
