HELP-Initating ISDN backup from a AS5300

I need help here...I need to initaite the backup from a AS5300 to a remote 2600 series router. How can this be accomplished? Help if you can-thanks

First we need to decide the primary line and backup line. So on the event of primary line failure you can activate the secondary line.
