Hello all,
I recently purchased a 2503 and when I try to load the router, it gets stuck on this message :
"00:01:29: %SNMP-5-COLDSTART: SNMP agent on host r4 is undergoing a cold start"
I am unable to type anything at all on the keyboard, I have also let the router on over night to see if the message goes away but its the same. I tried a break when first loading the router and I got the > prompt after the break, but i was unable to enter any comands like before. Here is what it says on bootup.

I suspect in the console connection.
Please check the baud rate of the serial port while connecting the router to the console port .

What are you using to connect to console? NT/Win2k have caused me trouble in past. Try doing a cold boot on system running terminal program then boot router.
