Hello to all, I need a s/w tool which will be capable of capturing and monitoring the netflow analysis of Cisco routers by utilizing 'net-flow' caching mechanism.
I know there are such tools, but I am not aware of the on going strategy of Cisco systems that whether the company supports and/or integrates this kind of monitoring tool into CiscoWorks2K.
Are there any free network monitoring tools on the market for the net-flow analysis?
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Onur

Onur,
Netflow Collector or Netflow Collection Engine would be the Cisco application for this function. Here is a URL for this.
There are also other 3rd party/outside applications that will take and parse this netflow exported information.
Hope this helps,
Don

Don, thank you for the reply. I have checked the page, I understand what should be done to monitor net-flow traffic. However, I am still unclear about NetFlow Collection Engine of Cisco.
Is it a concrete device, s/w application or both.
Does Cisco support the tool and sell it now?
