From what I understand from your question, it seems that you do not want to advertise routes of one customer to another customer. Split-horizon will automatically stop advertising routes learned via an interface, out of the same interface. You can use the following link to get more information about secondary addressing and routing updates. If the routes are still being advertised, you can use the 'distribute-list' command to filter the routes.
