i need to send u people a visio drawing on a problem that i face and this will explain the problem i am having and i will write to u to explain the problem and how to solve it.but i cannot draw it here on the discussion..

You can explain the problem over the message board. IF you can upload the visio drawing as an image on the web, and provide a link to it, then we can see the pic and that ll help.
