Hi All. Does anyone know of any inherent caveats, with enabling high availability on a SUP module. Typical scenario, 2 SUPS, in the same chassis.

Hi,
the basic caveat is the "hitless" upgrade, which almost never works.
See the only compatible versions in CatOS 7.6 Release Notes, e.g.:
