High CPU - Cisco 7204 VXR

I just added a Multilink bundle of 21E1s to a 7204 {which previously had a Multilink bundle of another 21e1s }. On bringing up the Multilink and adding to OSPF, the CPU load on the Router keeps triggering between 35% and 99% randomly.

If the new Multilink is shut down , the CPU stabilizes. Any idea ?

Its a Cisco 7206VXR running on NPE 300

Which process is eating up the load? I assume it is the OSPF process, which might indicate an unstable link causing excessive spf recalculation. How many neighbors on each side of the multilink?
