High Memory Utilization "CEF IPC Background" on Catalyst 3750

Hello,

We are experiencing high memory utilization on one of our Catalyst 3750 switch stack. The process causing this high utilization is "CEF IPC Background". The switch is running IOS 12.2.25(SE), our other switch stacks are also running the same IOS but are not experiencing this issue. There is no Layer 3 switching occur on this switch stack. Any tips will be greatly appreciated.
