High Output Queue Drops On Interface

Hi

I want to know if it's normally this situation.

I have a branch office with a frame-Relay Pvc of 384Kbps and i try to transfer 600 MB through the link.

I make a test with a transfer of a folder of 64MB using FTP protocol, and the transfer begin well but after 10 minutes the transfer stops and i check the interface and have a high number of Queue drops. 5 Minutes later the transfer begin again due that FTP always try to retransmit.

This situation is normally??

Which could be the Solution?

Can i transfer through this 386Kbps link From 600 Mb to 1 G FIle in a period of 7 Hours??

Hello

Implement frame relay traffic shaping and prioritize your FTP traffic.

Below are links on Quality of Service configuration to help you understand traffic shaping.
