Historic RSSI readings

Is there a way to configure the Cisco 819 periodically report RSSI readings to a web application? I am trying to detect the cause of the periodic blackout my modem experiences. I think I can peg it down to poor cell service in the vicinity. I am currently able to monitor instantaneous RSSI but this makes it impossible to monitor several modems. Could someone please let me know if there is a solution to this problem?
