How about this 4006-s2

A catalyst 4006-s2, with 1x WS-X4232-L3 and 4x WS-X4306-GB and 2x PoweSupply . When I show the switch superengineer cpu process, the screen show the cpu utilization is 43%. but in this time not any configuration or connection in the switch. The IOS is version 6.2. Is it right?

It is normal to see above normal CPU utilization on CAT400x family switches compared to other CAT OS based switches. The following page should help
