How AS5300 decides what reason to specify in attribute 49

I have an AS5300 which dispatches accounting on Cisco Access Registrar. one of the account attribute is Acct-Terminate-Cause (attr 49). the attribute Reports details are explaining why the connection was terminated. Termination causes are indicated by a numeric value as follows: User request; Lost carrier; Idle timeout etc. According to what key the RAS decides which parameters to transmit with attr 49, and whether unambiguously it is possible to understand what was the reason to disconnecting from the attr 49 parameter

The cause of a disconnect can be due

to modems (User request, Lost carrier,

Lost service, etc), or due to DDR

(idle timeouts), or to PPP (callback,

host request), or to some other

process (NAS reboot, NAS error, etc).

The parameter chosen is a result of

which process tells AAA of the disconnect.

The codes here should be fairly

explanatory and unambiguous:
