No..CDP can't trigger dialing..Need to have some sost of trffic which can trigger the dialing..You can have a hosts behind the router with a default gateway as 2621..Whenever 2621 receives a packet from hosts, it can trigger the call..OR
another idea is, run a routing protocol (just to trigger the call) like RIP on 2621 and have async interface (aux port) to send rip update over..That way rip update can trigger the link when 2621 comes up..You need a "broadcast" keyword in dialer map for that...
