Does everyone has an experience to stop the Catalyst 2924 which perform a bootp request every time to DHCP Server?

Have you tried assigning an IP address to the management VLAN? The easiest way to do this is by running the setup program; or you can use IOS:
config t
int vlan 1 *remark: by default VLAN 1 is the management VLAN*
ip address x.x.x.x y.y.y.y
exit

you may running into
CSCdt47981 - 3500XL send DHCP request irrespective of an IP address on mgmt int
fixed in any latest versions. Try with 12.0(5)WC5

Upgrade to the lastest IOS and use "ip dhcp 0.0.0.0" command
