How can I connect ground cable into 6513 switch ?

I'm going to install 6513 switch and have a difficulty to connect Ground cable.

I found a small hole in the chassis(below of slot 13 and above of power supply) and I have a ground package shipped with the switch which includes one grounding lug and two M4 screws. no grounding pad shipped

Can anybody guide me how can I connect the ground cable into the 6513 switch ?

I found the grounging pad on the chassis by removing a label slightly right from the ground symbol. I confused due to I couldn't found this information from the doc
