how can i deny a computer accessing the cisco 2610

how can i deny a computer accessing the cisco 2610's ethernet interface? just making a standard ip access list is not enough, i must create a static ip--mac table .

can i use access-list 700--799 to do it in cisco 2610? if it is ok ,how can i do? please give me a detailed example. Thanks!

You’ll have to configure extended access lists for those MACs. This is helpful http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/lan/cat6000/ios127xe/config/secure.htm#30547 Your IOS on a 2600 should support this.
