default, the 6506 has 32 G switching capability,
we know we can install the SFM to make more,
but how to improve to 256G, one SFM card is (256-32)224G?
or add the memories to improve ?
for exmaple : 64M-----64G?
please tell me?

Do you have Sup1a or a Sup2 in your 6506? SFM is supported only in Sup2 and you need fabric enabled linecards in your Cat6500 to acheive 256G switching bandwidth.

Also default DRAM on Supervisor Engine 2 is 128MB and can be upgraded to 256MB.
