how can I recovery cisco 4500 emergency ios upload using rommon?

Hi.

It is a emergency situation.

Our Internet Router 4500's ios has been corrupted by electicity failure

When I boot up a router, I see a rommon mode.

I know a various method for upgrading Router, Tftp, xmoden,

But. This Router's rommmon doesn't find any related command.

So I write to here for requesting help.
