How detect collisions ports in Lan Switch

I have a switches cisco in network, and detect colission in GBIC network backbone , how detect the device how send the packets and collision the network, but it is slow nework performance

Excessive collisions are mostly caused by media issues i.e. cabling or a misconfigured interface. As switches effectively separate the network in multiple collision domains, you should concentrate on the link where you are seeing the highest amount of collisions & other errors.

Check that both ends are configured in auto-mode.

Check your cabling and eventually replace it.
