How does the Cisco router log mechanism work?

I know the cisco router will send a message to syslog server if it was configed,so I want to know if the router restart for some issue, such as power off suddenly or crash, whether it will send a restart message to the syslog server?

Thank you!

It will not send a specific restart message but you will get all the usual messages to the log when the router boots.

Thank you for help!

That is to say I can't find the message of machine restart in the syslog server because the router will not send the restart message to it,I have to look the buffer log in the router if I suspend the router restarted last night.

Is it right?

cisco routers have several(about 7) levels syslog messages, you can configure which level messages be sent to syslog server.
