How many CW2K machines are necessary to run LMS 2.1 + RWAN 1.2 ?

Hi,

I know that theoretically it is possible to install everything on one machine. On the other, there are recommendations that certain parts of the software should not be installed on the same system. E.g. one had better install RTM on a machine different from CW2K. Same is true for VHM as far as i know.

But what about the rest? ACLM must run on the same machine as RME. But IPM must not if SSH/SSL shall be used. What else?

Thanx

Georg

There are several factors to look into before deciding how to install the two CW2K bundles. Number of devices, type of management etc is also a big factor on the server sizing. Have a look at: http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/cc/pd/wr2k/prodlit/ckspp_wp.htm which should help you out.
