How many vlans are supported in WS-X6K-S2-MSFC2

Im about to migrate from Sup Engine 1A with PFC and MSFC2 to Sup Engine 2 with PFC2/MSFC2 in 2 catalysts 6509. Currently Im handling 64 vlans at the core level (where the 6k are installed), Id like to know how many vlans are supported in the new model of supervisors, some people tell me that the number is just 16, is that right? If so I would have to redesign the topology, ok, but i want to be sure...

We support 4k VLANs. But I believe you are referring to HSRP groups on MSFC2/PFC2. We support max of 16 HSRP groups on the PFC2

But you can reuse HSRP groups
