How often should I reboot my modem banks(AS5200&3640)?

I work for an ISP and my boss wants me to reboot all routers every week. I think that we should do it no more than every 30 days(we have over 100 routers scattered about the country.) Is there any documentation or real world experience as to how often they should be rebooted? We have AS5200, AS5300, and cisco 3640 that are solely used as modem banks for people to dial into. You do not need to reboot the routers at all if you don't have problems with it..By the way what problem you are trying to solve by rebooting it frequently??
