How to add vpn3030 in cisco works 2000 rme

I found the "add device " menu,but when I continue with it ,

the vpn3030 is always pending.

Please tell me how to get the required items ,for example, snmp read community and read /write community.

I have added vpn3030' ip address in dns server.

What version of RME is this?. Also make sure that SNMP and device credentials are propelry setup on your VPN3030 as well.

RME is perhaps third edtion.

It comes with cd one fourth edtion.

It is the previous relase.(current cd one is fifth edition, am I right?)
