How to apply weight for selected IP of Received full subnet in BGP

We are advertising 192.168.100.0/24 subnet from MY DC Hub location....

At othere end I need to apply weight or local-preference for selected IP like 192.168.100.45,  192.168.100.55

at both side we are using BGP... is is possible to apply weigh or local-preference for selected IP of received subnet

Hi,

No it is not possible, BGP attributes only pertain to BGP prefixes in the BGP table  and in this table you have got a /24.

Now you could use PBR to route differently for some destination IP addresses.
