Is there any way to collect the (show call history voice record) information from the router to a file automatically so that the other people can analyze the data using this file?
You can write perl script that will open telnet session
to your cisco, get calls statistic and save it in file.
You can use Net::Telnet perl module or use unix 'expect' command
to programmed dialogue with interactive programs.
