How to config Frame-Relay switch

Hi

Can someone please tell me how to configure a 2500 series router into a Frame-Relay switch? In our lab there are let's say three router. R1, R2, and R3. Let's say I want to connect R1 & R3 via R2. But R2 acting as a Frame-Relay switch.
