How to configure modem card WIC-1AM in C2611 as maintenance router ?

Could any of the expert help me on this ?

Basically I wish to dial to the modem card and unfortunately it doesnt pick up.

I configure the terminal line with below:

modem inout

flowcontrol hardware

transport input all
