Hi,
I am trying to configure RADIUS authentication in catalyst switch 3548. but.. when i tried to configure AAA server-group with the command "aaa group server radius MyRADIUS", i cannot designate any IP address to the specific RADIUS server named "MyRADIUS".
Does it mean the 3548 cannot support RADIUS? (PS. the software version is
12.0(5.4)WC(1).....) thanks!!^^

Hi,
You can definately configure it for RADIUS if you run 12.0(5)WC5.
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/lan/c2900xl/29_35wc5/ol256201.htm#xtocid14
in order to attach IP to radius server use the following GLOBAL commands.
radius-server host x.x.x.x auth-port zzzz key yyyyy this will configure for authorisation for accouting use the acct-port keyword instead of auth-port or use both as such:
host x.x.x.x auth-port zzzz key yyyyy
host x.x.x.x act-port zzzz key yyyyy
Or if you using all defaults then radius-server host xxxxxx
