HOW TO CREATE COMMENTS IN CLI

I did not find how to write comments in the CLI?

And how do i know where they will placed ?

Do you mean descriptions of the commands following in a script?

ie

! Access control for 192.168.0.0 to 63

access-list 10 permit 192.168.0.0 0.0.0.63

They do not appear in a config from a sho runn because the ! character essentially means ignore - they never get entered.
