How to dial out e1 channel groups

HI

i have grouped e1 pri as 1-15 n 16-31 using channel-group command, now i want to use these serial interfaces( serial 1/0:1, serial 1/0:16) as backup dial-out interfaces for my primary LLs, i tried creating a dialer interface for these but i cant associate it with these serial interfaces. wht is the mechanism to use them for dialing out.

can u explain this plz...thanks

you should ask your service provider first.
