What is the NAM model?. Downgrading the NAM code is not recommended. You'd need to contact TAC for this as the process is a bit complex.

For this model, from: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps708/prod_release_note09186a008017fa1a.html
If you do want to downgrade, it is recommended that you first use a 'config clear' command from the NAM CLI prior to the downgrade. The download the 2.2 image from: http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/ws-svc-nam and follow the NAM docs to roll back to this version. Though it is highly recommended that you do NOT downgrade from 3.1 to 2.2
