What is the NAM model?. Downgrading the NAM code is not recommended. You'd need to contact TAC for this as the process is a bit complex.

Hi

My NAM model is WS-SVC-NAM-1,could you tell me relative information?

thank you.

For this model, from: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps708/prod_release_note09186a008017fa1a.html

If you do want to downgrade, it is recommended that you first use a 'config clear' command from the NAM CLI prior to the downgrade. The download the 2.2 image from: http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/ws-svc-nam and follow the NAM docs to roll back to this version. Though it is highly recommended that you do NOT downgrade from 3.1 to 2.2

Hi

Thank you for answer,I know downgrade have risk,

but I have no idea for my problem..

I want to use Netscout performance manager to collect data from NAM,but performance manager seems not work correct with NAM v3.1,It running good on v2.x,

do you have any suggestion for this problem?

thank you.
