How to have S0 Wan link bring down E0 Lan link

I have a situation where I need the Lan link to go down if the Wan link goes down so a PBX knows that something is a miss.

Something like a backwards ip unnumbered?

A tracking interface or watch list?

Any help?

if you are using dial-peers, the under the voice port type busyout monitor int s0

The PBX will get a OOS signal from router and try it's back-up route.
