How-to login to NT domain with dialin connection??

Hello,

I need to know how we can log in to Windows NT domain at the same time we

are diailing in.. Do we need a specific RAS? Does a 3640 can do the job? Does ACS 2.6 support Nt domain authentication with dial-in?

To resume I need to be able to dial-in and be able to login to the windows Nt domain

thanks in advance!

When dialling into a 3640, you are basically establising a network connection via PPP. You may be able to use the same username and password, this is possible with ACS, but after establishing the session, you will need to reenter them in order to log on to the NT domain.

With an MS-RAS server you can create a single sign-on.

Probably you can look at the dialup connection properties-networking(tab)-component checked are used by this connection: (checked) Client for MS Networks. With this, you can access to map drives on the network.
