If you want http traffic serviced before anything else, you could use priority-queing.
There are 4 queues in priority queing: high, medium, normal, low. Traffic in the high queue is *always* serviced before any traffic in the medium queue, which is always serviced before traffic in the normal queue, which is always serviced before traffic in the low queue.
All traffic not explicitly defined is placed in the "default queue". For example:
priority-list 1 protocol ip high tcp 80
priority-list 1 default normal
Note: traffic in the high queue will always be serviced first, so you could starve out the other types of traffic if you have a lot of http going across the link.
This is actually a pretty cool feature, i didn't even know it existed until I was looking for a solution to advertise a subnet (prefix in BGP talk), only if a certain condition existed. This is exactly what conditional advertisements does
