I need to change all existing HSRP configurations on the 6509s. I'm thinking to clear the existing config first, but not sure which command can clear all HSRP at once.
Right now I have:
standby 1 ip x.x.x.x
standby 1 priority 150
standby 1 preempt delay min 180
Would "no standby 1 ip x.x.x.x" clear all the HSRP config for this interface?
Thanks
Gary

No it would remove the IP only and not the other configuration.

Hi Gary,
To clear all the HSRP config on that interface, simply enter in 'no standby 1' and all the config will be removed.
Hope that helps - pls rate the post if it does.
