How to set min max channel(s)

Hi,

I want to set min and max channels in case of when using dialer map or dialer profile, and want the min channel(s) to be aggregated and stay there till keepalive time.

Can any one please suggest the configuration for this. I am using CISCO 3660 with IOS 12.1

Any help will be highly appriciable.
