How to setup a dial-up remote access

Our office currently has a 128KBps leased line connection with a local ISP. How do we setup our network such that our staff can dial to our office to have an internet access ?

Is there an article or guide (website) that can assist us?

there are two possible ways to implement this

a) VPDN

b) standart POTS dial-up
