how to SPAN all port traffic to one port connecting to IDS box

IDS box need to track all the traffic from all the LAN segment (different VLANs), how to SPAN all the ports to one port which connect to IDS box?

Meanwhile, as all are 100M ports in Catalyst 6509, will all the traffic overflow this port? Thanks!
